Complete our online application and tell us about your experience, goals, and what you’re looking for in your next salon home.
If it feels like there could be a fit, we’ll connect for an initial interview to get to know each other and talk through the opportunity.
Spend some time in the salon, meet the team, see how the day flows, and get a feel for the Bliss experience firsthand.
For applicable roles, the final step may include demonstrating your skills on a model so we can see your work and make sure the fit feels right on both sides.

We’re looking for one great fit: a talented, dependable stylist who values beautiful work, strong client relationships, collaboration, and continued growth.
At Bliss, you’ll have the support of a team while still having room to develop your own career and clientele. We offer flexible scheduling, professional products and amenities, mentorship, and an environment designed to make salon life feel sustainable.

Spa professionals have access to equipped treatment rooms, backbar products, flexible scheduling, business support, and a welcoming team environment.
Assistant Stylist
For your foundation
Our Assistant Stylist Program is currently fully staffed, but we’re always happy to hear from future stylists who feel aligned with Bliss.
The paid 9–12 month mentorship program is designed to build technical skills, confidence, client experience, and a strong business foundation while working alongside Coley and the Bliss team.
As future openings become available, we’ll reach out to applicants who may be a great fit.
